He has been part of four successful technology exits, including Snowflake's IPO, ServiceNow's IPO, Windsurf's acquisition, and Infocenter's sale to Insight Partners, giving him direct insight into what institutional investors and acquirers expect from a high-performing GTM organization.
He joined Windsurf, one of the leading AI coding tools, in its earliest days, gaining frontline experience in how AI development tools create measurable productivity gains and where enterprise adoption breaks down. Mike has operated at enterprise scale globally, including travelling to ServiceNow offices worldwide to train engineering teams on AI-assisted coding workflows, helping them build effective practices that translate into measurable productivity gains.
